Meditation
Clearing the mind of thought or not following thought while simply being aware and attentive to what is happening in the present moment.... It seems like it would be the easiest thing to do, but it can be difficult and like anything worth doing, it requires practice. However, regularly practicing meditation can result in: a calmer, clearer mind; feeling less reactive to stress; an enhanced ability to focus and be attentive in the moment; less depressed and anxious; and improved physical health.
